To prioritize which candidates Pin surfaces based on their past or current companies, you can customize your preferences by selecting which companies you’d like to see more or less of.

You can add these companies in the **Position Details tab within Job Settings**.

Here's a quick walkthrough on how to add companies to your **Preferred Companies** or **Do Not Source Companies** list.
