# Keeping emails in the same thread

To keep follow-up emails in the same email thread, **select "Reply to Email"**. Once selected, the subject line for the follow-up step will be greyed out and can't be edited, as it will automatically be part of the same thread.

# Start a new email thread

To begin a new thread for follow-up emails, **select "New Email Thread"**. This ensures the follow-up email is sent as a separate message, rather than continuing the initial email thread.
