To keep follow-up emails in the same email thread, select "Reply to Email". Once selected, the subject line for the follow-up step will be greyed out and can't be edited, as it will automatically be part of the same thread.

To begin a new thread for follow-up emails, select "New Email Thread". This ensures the follow-up email is sent as a separate message, rather than continuing the initial email thread.
