How to create an Outreach sequence

When setting up an Outreach sequence for a job, you can generate your message with AI, write it manually, or copy a sequence from a previous job.

The "Generate Starting Point With AI" feature automatically creates a 3-step outreach sequence for you. You can edit it anytime to customize the messages.

The "Write Manually" feature lets you create your outreach message from scratch. You can personalize it by adding variables like the candidate's first name, current company, date, and more.

If you have an existing job, you can copy the outreach sequence instead of starting from scratch. You can preview the sequences from the list of jobs and select the one you want to use.
