To move candidates between jobs, you can either select all candidates by clicking the top checkbox or choose specific individuals manually.

Choosing a stage for a new job determines where candidates are placed:

- If you select **“Sourcing,”** candidates appear under **“Manually Added”** in Sourcing.&#x20;
- If you select **“Outreach,”** candidates appear in **Outreach**.&#x20;
- If you select **“Inbox,”** candidates appear in **Inbox**.
