To move candidates between jobs, you can either select all candidates by clicking the top checkbox or choose specific individuals manually.

Choosing a stage for a new job determines where candidates are placed:
- If you select βSourcing,β candidates appear under βManually Addedβ in Sourcing.
- If you select βOutreach,β candidates appear in Outreach.
- If you select βInbox,β candidates appear in Inbox.
