# Device & browser support

Pin **only works on desktop and laptop computers**. Mobile phones and tablets (including iPads) are not supported.

Pin also **only works on the Chrome browser.**

# Logging into Pin

Head over to [app.pin.com/login](https://app.pin.com/login) to get started. You'll need to use your work email that's either hosted by **G Suite or Microsoft 365** to continue.

**Note:** We currently support **only Google and Microsoft-hosted email accounts**. While we don’t recommend it, if you need to use a @gmail.com or @outlook.com account, please contact our support team. Keep in mind that using a personal email may impact your experience with Pin.

# Create your org

You'll be asked for your Org's name and website. We ask this to understand more about your company and your preferences. This helps personalize many of Pin's AI features, such as email sequencing and more. 

If you recruit for other companies or are an agency, use your company's name, not your client's. You'll be given the option to specify who you're hiring for in the next steps.
