pin’s automation features lets you put sourcing, outreach, scheduling, candidate archiving, and ats syncing for each job on autopilot you can enable the features below in each job’s automation panel auto approve sourced candidates – automatically adds newly sourced candidates to the job’s outreach sequence each day choose all searches or one specific search, and set a daily cap for how many candidates are added note this does not run new searches; it only approves candidates already found in an existing search send outreach emails – automatically schedules and sends outreach emails up to your configured daily send limit auto schedule meetings – when a candidate agrees to meet, pin finds a time and schedules a meeting based on your availability, and calendar preferences auto archive non interested candidates – automatically archives candidates who reply that they’re not interested, stopping further outreach export candidates to ats – automatically exports candidates from pin to your ats when a selected trigger occurs (e g , when a candidate is added to outreach, when they reply to an email, or when they reply to an email and are interested) nudge interested candidates if they become unresponsive – automatically sends reminder emails to interested candidates who stop responding
