candidates can be exported to a csv file to view their contact information in one place or as a pdf to share candidate cards with your team export candidates to csv to export contacts, navigate to the "all candidates" or "archived" tab, then select "export to csv" from the export drop down menu note currently, you can only export all candidates from one job at a time, as exporting specific candidates or candidates across multiple jobs isn’t supported yet to export candidates from multiple jobs, you’ll need to repeat the export for each job individually export candidates to pdf to export candidates sourced by pin, go to the search you want to export under the “ai sourced” tab then, open the export dropdown and select “export to pdf” the exported pdf will include a bulleted summary of the search criteria and whether the candidate meets the criteria details from each candidate’s linkedin profile, including job specific information they've shared
