Email threads

keeping emails in the same thread to keep follow up emails in the same email thread, select "reply to email" once selected, the subject line for the follow up step will be greyed out and can't be edited, as it will automatically be part of the same thread start a new email thread to begin a new thread for follow up emails, select "new email thread" this ensures the follow up email is sent as a separate message, rather than continuing the initial email thread
