Setting up and using manual tasks
You can add manual tasks to your outreach sequence to keep your workflow organized in one place. These tasks can include text messages, phone calls, or reminders, allowing you to customize and streamline your candidate outreach.
Note: Please contact our team if you'd like to enable the manual tasks feature.
To add a Manual Task step, click "Add Step", select "Manual Task" from the drop-down menu, and enter a task name and description.

You can send a text message with one click from your manual task queue, automatically opening your default messaging app with the phone number and message pre-filled.
To send a text, go to your Queue, click the drop-down menu next to the candidate’s phone number, and select "Send Text Message".


At the manual task step, you can automatically look up a candidate’s phone number so it’s ready when you need it.
To enable this feature, toggle on the feature "Search for candidate's phone number".
Note: When toggling on the "Search for candidate's phone number" feature, each search will deduct 4 credits from your account.
