Adding candidates to Block List

the block list prevents unwanted candidates from appearing in searches or receiving outreach to add exclusions, go to settings > block list and add people or companies by email address, company name, or company website blocked profiles won’t appear in sourcing, and outreach won’t be sent to them even if they’re added
