Candidate errors can be cleared individually or in bulk. This guide explains what each error means and the actions you can take to resolve it:

To clear candidate outreach errors, go to Outreach -> Errors.

To clear individual errors, click the three-dot icon next to the candidate, then choose the action you’d like to take for that candidate.

To clear bulk errors, click Bulk Actions, choose the error from the drop-down menu, then select the bulk action you want to apply.

1. Missing Email – The candidate's email address could not be found during lookup

2. Bounced Email – The email was sent but bounced back (invalid or non-existent)

3. Searching for Email – Email lookup is currently in progress

4. Lookup Credits Exceeded – You've reached your email lookup credit limit

4. Previously Unsubscribed – Candidate unsubscribed from previous outreach

1. Messaging Error – A technical error occurred while sending a message
