Try restarting your Chrome browser. When the Chrome browser hasn't updated in a while, Chrome will sometimes restrict extensions from accessing certain features.

If that doesn't work, try re-installing the Chrome extension. In some cases, the Chrome extension's cache may have bad data. To remove the Chrome extension, right-click the extension, then click "Remove from Chrome".
